Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all services provided by GetAnyData Cloud. By requesting work, approving a quote, submitting project requirements, receiving deliverables, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not request or use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and, if acting for a company, that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, project, and technical information. We may refuse or cancel work if information is inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, or appears fraudulent.

Service Overview

GetAnyData Cloud provides software development, WordPress development, Shopify development, HubSpot development, .NET development, JavaScript development, Flutter development, Kotlin development, custom software, data scraping, lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, API integrations, and technical consulting.

Services may be delivered as fixed-scope projects, milestones, recurring work, custom datasets, scripts, software tools, integrations, dashboards, or managed data workflows. Specific deliverables, timelines, formats, acceptance criteria, and support terms are defined in the quote, written scope, or project agreement.

Scraping Solutions

Scraping services may include delivered datasets, custom scraper development, scheduled collection workflows, API-based extraction, CRM or database delivery, and data quality checks.

Customers must ensure that requested sources, use cases, and handling of collected data comply with applicable law and third-party terms. If GetAnyData Cloud runs a workflow on behalf of a customer, we will follow the agreed scope and reasonable compliance practices. If the customer runs delivered tools independently, the customer is responsible for operation and compliance.

Lead Generation

Lead-generation services may include extraction from public sources, business lists, email and phone enrichment, LinkedIn or company profile research, niche industry lists, local business lists, segmentation, deduplication, and delivery in CSV, Excel, CRM, or another agreed format.

Customers may request sample or test data before a full order. Once final leads or datasets are delivered, refunds are not available except as described in the Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for lawful use of delivered leads, including outreach compliance and data protection obligations.

Software Development

Software development may include websites, ecommerce stores, CRM systems, APIs, admin portals, mobile apps, dashboards, automation tools, scripts, integrations, databases, and custom internal systems.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivered code and project output are provided after payment according to the written scope. Bug fixes are handled within the agreed testing or support window. New features, source changes, platform changes, and out-of-scope revisions may require a new estimate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide timely feedback, required access, accurate requirements, lawful instructions, approved source details, brand assets, credentials, sample files, field definitions, and any other material needed for delivery.

Delays caused by missing information, missing access, late feedback, third-party outages, platform policy changes, or customer-side technical issues may affect timelines and are not considered GetAnyData Cloud delivery failures.

Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use our services or deliverables for unlawful data processing, spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, deceptive outreach, malware, unauthorized access, security abuse, privacy violations, or actions that violate third-party terms or applicable law.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, publish, or misuse custom tools, scripts, datasets, documentation, or technical systems unless expressly permitted in writing.

Payments and Billing

Fees, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, payment methods, and due dates are agreed before work begins. Taxes, duties, and processing fees are the customer responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Customers who want to pay with cryptocurrency must contact support@getanydata.cloud before placing an order or making a purchase and must confirm the agreed scope, payment amount, wallet details, and delivery terms in writing before sending payment.

We may pause work, withhold delivery, or cancel a project if payment is late, disputed, reversed, or suspected of fraud. We may refuse or cancel orders if misuse, unlawful activity, or policy violations are suspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds and adjustments are governed by the Refund Policy. Because our work often involves custom engineering, research, data collection, manual verification, and project-specific delivery, paid work is generally final once started or delivered.

All cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable unless GetAnyData Cloud has explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the order or purchase is made. If a customer sends cryptocurrency payment without prior written agreement from support, the payment is non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction beyond the approved scope, third-party platform restrictions, customer-side configuration issues, missing customer feedback, or delivered software, scraping, automation, or lead-generation work.

Data Ownership and Retention

Unless otherwise agreed, customers own final delivered datasets and custom project output after full payment. GetAnyData Cloud retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, internal methods, general know-how, frameworks, templates, and non-confidential implementation patterns.

Temporary files, working data, sample outputs, and project records may be retained for support, quality review, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational needs and then deleted according to our retention practices.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis according to the agreed scope. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms, permanent compatibility with changing websites, error-free third-party systems, exact data availability, or results outside the written scope.

Third-party websites, APIs, CRMs, ecommerce platforms, search engines, directories, payment tools, hosting providers, and software vendors may change without notice and may affect project behavior or data availability.

Limitation of Liability

GetAnyData Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, access, business opportunities, reputation, or third-party platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetAnyData Cloud from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from your instructions, your use of deliverables, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your handling of personal, scraped, enriched, or lead data.

Changes and Contact

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on the website, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance.
