Last Updated: May 2026

Policy Overview

GetAnyData Cloud maintains a strict anti-spam and acceptable use policy to protect platform stability, customer reputation, infrastructure security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using our services, customers agree not to use software, scraping systems, APIs, automation tools, analytics systems, tracking technologies, lead datasets, or related deliverables for spam, abusive automation, fraudulent activity, unauthorized communication, or unlawful conduct.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: unsolicited bulk messages, email spam, SMS spam, messaging platform abuse, phishing, impersonation, fraud, deceptive practices, malware distribution, spyware, harmful scripts, unauthorized access attempts, denial-of-service activity, unlawful scraping, abusive outreach, and distribution of misleading or unlawful content.

Customers may not use GetAnyData Cloud services to circumvent sanctions, restrictions, legal limitations, privacy laws, anti-spam laws, third-party platform rules, API terms, website policies, or consumer protection requirements.

Customer Compliance Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, datasets, websites, applications, automations, outreach workflows, and data processing activities comply with applicable local and international laws.

This includes CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PECR, ePrivacy rules, platform terms of service, data protection requirements, and similar regulations where applicable.

Messaging, Tracking, and Communication Services

Certain services may include email open tracking, link tracking, delivery analytics, communication monitoring, automation systems, message verification technologies, engagement tracking tools, or outreach analytics.

These services are provided only for lawful business, analytics, operational, verification, customer engagement, and monitoring purposes. They must not be used for unsolicited bulk communication, harassment, deceptive messaging, phishing, unlawful marketing, or privacy violations.

Monitoring and Abuse Detection

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, GetAnyData Cloud may review traffic patterns, form submissions, API activity, delivery workflows, technical metadata, messaging-related activity, abuse indicators, support reports, and security events.

We may investigate suspected spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, suspicious communication practices, or security violations without prior notice.

Enforcement Actions

If we determine that a customer, project, dataset, automation, or related activity violates this policy, we may pause work, refuse delivery, terminate service, block future projects, preserve relevant logs and records, notify affected providers where appropriate, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, regulators, hosting providers, or affected parties.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent refusal of service across current and future GetAnyData Cloud offerings.

No Refunds for Abuse or Spam Violations

Projects suspended, restricted, refused, or terminated for spam, fraud, unauthorized communication, policy violations, or unlawful activity are not eligible for refunds, credits, chargeback reversals, compensation, or restoration of unused services.

This applies regardless of remaining project scope, pending deliverables, unused service time, or interruption caused by enforcement actions.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe our services are being used for spam, fraud, abuse, phishing, or unlawful activity, contact support@getanydata.cloud with relevant URLs, timestamps, screenshots, headers, identifiers, source details, logs, and a description of the incident.

We review abuse reports and may retain technical metadata, billing records, identifiers, communication-related metadata, and security information for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute handling, and security operations.
