GetAnyData Cloud maintains a strict anti-spam and acceptable use policy to protect network integrity, platform stability, customer reputation, infrastructure security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
By using our services, you agree not to use GetAnyData Cloud infrastructure, proxies, scraping systems, APIs, automation tools, analytics systems, tracking technologies, or related services for spam, abusive automation, fraudulent activity, unauthorized communication, or unlawful conduct.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Email spam, SMS spam, or messaging platform abuse
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Distribution of malware, spyware, malicious scripts, or harmful software
- Credential stuffing or unauthorized account access attempts
- Denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
- Illegal scraping activities prohibited by applicable law
- Distribution of abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content
- Circumvention of sanctions, restrictions, or legal limitations
- Violations of third-party platform rules, API terms, or website policies
- Use of our services in connection with illegal marketing campaigns or unauthorized outreach
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with:
- Applicable local and international laws
- Website and platform terms of service
- Data protection and privacy regulations
- Anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regulations where applicable
Messaging, Tracking & Communication Services
Certain GetAnyData Cloud services may include:
- Email open tracking
- Link tracking
- Delivery analytics
- Communication monitoring
- Automation systems
- Message verification technologies
- Engagement tracking tools
- Outreach analytics or related communication technologies
These services are provided solely for lawful business, analytics, operational, verification, customer engagement, and monitoring purposes.
Users may not use any GetAnyData Cloud service for:
- Spam campaigns
- Unsolicited bulk communication
- Phishing or deceptive messaging
- Harassment or abusive outreach
- Unauthorized marketing activity
- Distribution of misleading or unlawful communications
- Violations of anti-spam, privacy, or consumer protection laws
Network Monitoring & Abuse Detection
To maintain service quality, protect infrastructure, and prevent abuse, GetAnyData Cloud reserves the right to monitor:
- Traffic patterns
- Authentication activity
- Bandwidth usage
- Connection logs
- Technical metadata
- API activity
- Messaging-related activity
- Abuse indicators
- Security events
We may investigate suspected spam activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, suspicious communication practices, or security violations without prior notice.
Enforcement Actions
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user, account, or related activity violates this policy, we may take action including but not limited to:
- Temporary suspension
- Immediate account termination
- Proxy or bandwidth restrictions
- Blocking of services or API access
- Permanent removal of access without notice
- Blocking associated IPs, devices, identifiers, domains, or payment methods
- Preservation of relevant logs and technical records
- Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities, regulators, hosting providers, or affected parties
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans across all current and future services operated by GetAnyData Cloud.
No Refunds for Abuse or Spam Violations
Accounts suspended, restricted, investigated, or terminated for spam, abuse, fraud, unauthorized communication practices, policy violations, or unlawful activity are not eligible for refunds, credits, chargeback reversals, compensation, or restoration of unused services.
This applies regardless of:
- Remaining subscription time
- Unused bandwidth or rollover allocations
- Account balance
- Pending services
- Service interruptions resulting from enforcement actions
Reporting Abuse
If you believe our services are being used for spam, fraud, abuse, phishing, or unlawful activity, please contact our abuse/security team through the contact information available on our website.
Please include where possible:
- Relevant IP addresses
- Timestamps
- Logs or screenshots
- Description of the incident
- Headers, identifiers, or technical evidence
- Supporting documentation
Data Retention & Legal Cooperation
GetAnyData Cloud may retain logs, technical metadata, billing records, identifiers, traffic records, abuse reports, communication-related metadata, and security information for:
- Fraud prevention
- Abuse investigations
- Legal compliance
- Dispute handling
- Chargeback defense
- Security operations
- Enforcement of our Terms of Use
- Cooperation with lawful investigations or legal requests
Deletion requests may be limited where retention is necessary for legitimate business, security, compliance, or legal purposes.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
