Refund Policy

At GetAnyData Cloud, we aim to provide stable and high-quality proxy services, scraping solutions, and lead-generation services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued, how unused value is calculated, and how crypto-related payments are handled. We provide a trial option so customers can test service quality before purchasing.


1. Trial Period Before Purchase

We offer a free trial so you can confirm whether the Service meets your requirements. During the trial, you may test:

  • Speed and stability
  • IP rotation behavior
  • Compatibility with your scrapers, tools, or bots
  • GEO targeting
  • Bandwidth performance

Customers are expected to evaluate the service during the trial before purchasing any plan.


2. Refund Eligibility

We provide free trials and low-cost testing plans so customers can evaluate service quality, compatibility, speed, stability, GEO performance, and integration with their own tools before purchasing a paid plan.

Because testing options are available prior to purchase, all paid plans, bandwidth purchases, proxy ports, subscriptions, scraping services, and lead-generation services are considered final and non-refundable once activated or delivered.

Refunds are only considered in the event of a verified technical failure directly caused by GetAnyData Cloud that completely prevents normal use of the purchased service.

To qualify for technical review, the customer must:

  • Contact support with detailed issue information
  • Provide logs, screenshots, or technical evidence
  • Allow up to 48 hours for investigation and resolution attempts

If the issue is confirmed by our team and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, GetAnyData Cloud may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue account credit/fund balance, or
  • Issue a partial refund for the unused portion of the affected service

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with quality or performance expectations
  • Compatibility issues with customer scripts, tools, bots, or infrastructure
  • Target website blocking, CAPTCHAs, bans, or anti-bot systems
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Reduced success rates
  • Usage exceeding trial/testing scope
  • Failure to fully evaluate the service during the trial period

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless explicitly required by law, the following are non-refundable once activated, provisioned, delivered, or used:

  • Proxy subscriptions and port plans
  • Pay-per-GB bandwidth purchases
  • Crypto-funded balances
  • Scraping services
  • Custom scraper development
  • Lead-generation services
  • Delivered datasets
  • Software/tools delivered to the client

Crypto payments are never refundable to external wallets. Any approved adjustment for crypto transactions will be issued as internal account credit only.


4. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Expectations beyond our control (e.g., target websites blocking your bot)
  • Issues caused by your script, tool, or configuration
  • You used a significant portion of your plan
  • Violation of our Terms of Use
  • Sharing or leaking proxy credentials
  • Unauthorized reselling or redistribution
  • Abuse, harmful activity, or security violations
  • Opening a chargeback without contacting support first

Note: Website rate-limits, CAPTCHAs, or anti-bot blocks do not qualify as refundable issues, as they are outside our control.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you open a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Your account may be suspended
  • All remaining balance and service time may be forfeited
  • Evidence of service usage may be submitted to your bank or payment provider
  • You may lose access to future purchases

We strongly encourage contacting support first so issues can be resolved quickly.


6. How to Request a Refund or Balance Adjustment

To request a refund (card payments) or a Fund Balance adjustment (crypto payments), contact us at:

  • Payment method (card or crypto)
  • Plan type
  • Description of the issue
  • Logs or screenshots, if available

We aim to review all refund-related requests as quickly as possible.
