These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by GetAnyData Cloud. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1. Introduction
This Agreement applies to all features, tools, and services offered under the GetAnyData Cloud platform, including proxy services, scraping solutions, and lead generation. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 13 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
- If under 18, have parental or guardian consent
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address and secure password.
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Service Overview
4.1 Proxy Service
GetAnyData Cloud provides rotating proxy access with configurable ports, unlimited bandwidth, and global IP pools.
You may use the proxy service for legitimate research, automation, market intelligence, and commercial use.
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal or abusive actions
- Spam, fraud, or privacy violations
- Sharing or leaking proxy details
- Unauthorized reselling
4.2 Scraping Solutions
We provide scraping services in multiple formats, including:
- Scraping-as-a-service with delivered datasets (CSV or agreed format)
- Custom scraper development
- Running scraping jobs on behalf of clients
- Scraping software/tools for client use
- CRM/system integrations
Delivery Terms:
- All custom scrapers/tools include a 3-day testing window
- Bugs discovered during this period will be fixed at no extra cost
- No refunds once any version of the scraper/software is delivered
GDPR Compliance:
- If we run the tool → we handle GDPR compliance
- If the client runs the tool → client must ensure compliance
4.3 Lead Generation
Our lead generation services include:
- Extracting leads from public sources
- Business lists (emails, phones, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Lead enrichment
- Custom lead generation requests
- Delivery in CSV/Excel
Refund Terms for Leads:
- Client may request sample/test data before ordering
- Once final leads are delivered → no refund
Data Retention:
- User owns the final delivered data
- Data/code kept for up to 30 days unless requested for deletion
5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with network stability
- Collect or process personal data unlawfully
- Use the Service for harmful or illegal activity
6. Reselling Restrictions
Reselling is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by GetAnyData Cloud.
Unauthorized reselling results in:
- Immediate account termination
- No refund
- Forfeiture of all remaining balance or service time
7. Payments & Billing
We accept:
- Stripe (card payments)
- Crypto (BTC/ETH/USDT) — added as account balance after manual approval
Taxes, duties, and processing fees are the user’s responsibility.
We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.
8. Service Duration, Expiration & Rollover
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or within the plan description:
- Monthly proxy plans remain active for the duration of the billing cycle and expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed
- Bandwidth/data allocations are valid only during the active billing period of the associated plan
- Certain plans may include rollover bandwidth or unused allocations; rollover applies only if the subscription renews continuously without interruption
- If a subscription expires, is canceled, downgraded, refunded, disputed, or fails to renew, any unused rollover balance or accumulated allocation is forfeited
- Rollover amounts may be subject to maximum limits as specified in the plan details
- Trial balances, promotional credits, and bonus allocations expire automatically and are non-transferable
- Unused services, balances, bandwidth, ports, or allocations do not carry over unless explicitly stated in the plan description
- Expired or forfeited balances and allocations are non-refundable and cannot be restored
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable billing cycle, validity period, and rollover rules before purchasing or renewing any service.
9. Refund Policy
GetAnyData Cloud provides free trials and/or low-cost testing plans so users may evaluate service quality and compatibility before purchasing paid services.
Because evaluation access is available prior to purchase, all paid purchases are considered final and non-refundable except in cases of verified technical failure caused directly by our systems.
Refunds, credits, or balance adjustments may be considered only when:
- A major technical issue is reported
- The issue is reproducible and verified by our team
- The customer cooperates with troubleshooting
- We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
We do not issue refunds for:
- Quality expectations or subjective dissatisfaction
- Target website blocking or anti-bot protections
- Customer-side configuration or software issues
- Partial functionality limitations
- Service misuse
- Change of mind
- Failure to test during trial period
- Delivered scraping, software, or lead-generation work
All crypto payments are non-refundable to external wallets and may only receive internal balance credit if approved.
10. Delivery, Testing & Quality
Scraping Solutions:
- 3-day testing window included
- Bugs fixed at no cost
- No refunds after any version is delivered
Lead Generation:
- Sample/test data available
- No refund after full delivery
Proxies:
- Refund rules follow Section 8
11. Data Ownership & Retention
- User owns delivered scraping/lead data
- Data retained up to 30 days unless requested for deletion
- We delete temporary files automatically after retention expires
12. Limitation of Liability
GetAnyData Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of:
- Profits
- Revenue
- Data
- Access
- Business opportunities
You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- That proxies won’t be blocked by third-party sites
- That all issues will be resolved
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetAnyData Cloud from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your handling of personal or scraped data
15. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
16. Transferability
You may not transfer or assign your rights. We may transfer our rights as needed for business operations.
17. Promotional Use & Opt-Out
By using the Service, you allow us to use your name and logo in promotional materials.
You may opt out anytime by messaging us; we will remove your details promptly.
